Chelsea are willing to let star winger Eden Hazard join Real Madrid next summer in a deal that will see James Rodriguez move to Stamford Bridge, according to the Metro.
Hazard has been linked with a move to Real Madrid since the beginning of the season and it was claimed that the Spanish giants are preparing a summer bid for the talented Belgian.
However, The Metro via Don Balon reports that Chelsea are not interested in losing their number 10 and should they consider letting the former Lille man leave for Real Madrid it would have to be a swap deal that will see James Rodriguez move the opposite direction.
Rodriguez has also been linked with a move out of Real Madrid with Chelsea being a potential destination for the Colombia international.
According to the Daily Mail, the Colombian is unhappy at Real Madrid and his relationship with Rafa Benitez is reportedly poor.
The Blues are reportedly monitoring Rodriguez situation at Real Madrid and could swap the Colombian for Hazard as both players are worth almost the same transfer fee.
The Blues were linked with Rodriguez when he was at Porto, but the West London club decided to sign Hazard from Lille in 2012.Follow Football News Arena on Facebook and Twitter for the latest transfer news, injury news, team news and rumours from across the major Leagues in Europe and around the World.
