Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has been working with his star striker Diego Costa to enable him get back to top form, according to reports.
The Telegraph claims Mourinho is personally working with the striker in the Blues training complex at Cobham in a bid to get the striker fit and firing.
The report claims that Mourinho started the one on one talk with his striker after the Blues shocking home defeat to Bournemouth last weekend.
The report also claims the discussion was purely football as Mourinho avoided talking about the player’s attitude.
The striker is in poor form this season, he has just four goals to his name this term. His form this season has been surprising to both fans and pundit especially when it was the same player who scored 20 goals for the Blues last term despite injuries and suspension kept him out for majority of last season.
The striker’s attitude since joining Chelsea has been under the spotlight. He was recently caught throwing a bib on his manager during the game against Tottenham. Although the player has admitted he made a mistake throwing a bib, his attitude is something he also needs to work on.
