Chelsea Player Ratings vs AFC Bournemouth: SURPRISE Man Of The Match & 3 SHOCK Flops Of The Match

Chelsea lost to AFC Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge last night, it was the Blues 8th league defeat this season.

Here are the Blues players ratings against Bournemouth.

Thibaut Courtois: 6.5 (MoTM)

Returned from a knee injury that kept him out of action for three months. He produced some decent saves in the first half.

 Branislav Ivanovic 5 (FoTM)

He had a poor game against Bournemouth, was regularly caught in possession. Had a much better second half -attacking wise.

Kurt Zouma: 6

He Didn’t produce the assured performance of previous games, he was a little bit shaky although his pace was useful.

Gary Cahill: 7

He had a good game, made two blocks for his side. He was one of the blues best player on the pitch.

Baba Rahman: 6

He contributed to his team’s attack down the left, his defensive duties have also improved. But there’s still much to be done.

Nemanja Matic: 6

Had an average game overall, he missed a chance from close range.

Fabregas: 5 (FoTM)

The midfielder has been poor in recent games, and he continued with his poor performances against Bournemouth.

Oscar: 5 (FoTM)

Didn’t contribute to his team’s attack and was withdrawn at the interval.

Willian: 6.5

He had a decent performance, he tried to make things happen for his team.

Hazard: 6.5

He had a poor game as a centre forward, he contributed more when he was moved to the wing in the second half.

Pedro: 6

Tested Bournemouth’s goalkeeper with a superb curling effort but didn’t do much in the game.


Diego Costa: 6

The striker was introduced in the second half, he gave his team the much needed presence up top but couldn’t threaten the visitors.

Bertrand Traore : 5

Didn’t make any impact of note.

Loic Remy: 6

He Didn’t do anything of note when he was introduced into the game.
