Jose Mourinho is considering selling a number of his key players when the winter transfer window opens in January.
The Daily Star reports that Mourinho will look to sell his under performing stars and have identified Costa, Hazard, Oscar and Matic as the players to leave West London.
The Blues are keen on raising funds for their top targets as the look to rebuild their squad after a dismal start to the premier league season.
Reports claim Mourinho and Abramovich have agreed to Overhaul their squad and the Russian billionaire has given the Portuguese his full backing.
However Mourinho recently stated he is happy with his squad and wouldn’t be making big changes in his squad:
“I will not ask any change to the board for January,” he said.
“I am happy with my players, I trust the players.
“I don’t need to clean the dressing room. And I don’t need to ask the club to spend money in January.”
Mourinho is known for keeping his cards close to his chest when it comes to transfer dealings, the Portuguese claimed last summer that he was happy with his squad but ended up bringing in Pedro and chased John Stones for majority of the summer
Should Mourinho sell his four key players he will be looking to bring in the likes of Antoinne Greizmann, Edison Cavani and Saido Berahino.
