Liverpool defender Brad Smith has signed a new contract at the Merseyside club.
The defender who made his debut in 2013 broke the news on twitter and was delighted to have put pen to paper on a new deal.

Former Liverpool boss Bredan Rodgers rated the defender so high after a series of impressive performances for the club’s youth team, the Former boss gave the 21 year old his debut against Chelsea in December 2013.
Jurgen Klopp is reportedly happy with the defender’s performance and was keen to keep the defender at the club for long. However, the defender’s debut against Chelsea is his only appearance for the reds till date.
The Australian international joined league one outfit Swidon on a season long loan in 2014 but was recalled by the reds after making just 10 appearances for the League One side.
Following the departure of Brendan Rodgers it was thought that the defender’s time at Anfield was over but the defender has pledged his commitment to the club’s new boss by signing this new deal.
The defender made is debut for the Australia national team last year against Belgium and has since then played three more times for the Socceroos.
