Manchester United Boss Louis Van Gaal has added Olympique Marseille Striker Michy Batshuayi to his shopping list. According to the Daily Star; Manchester United Boss Louis Van Gaal is set to sanction a move for Batshuayi.
Marseille Club President Vincent Labrune is adamant that the Belgian International will not be leaving the Club. Labrune Said: ‘’There is not a single top 15 club in the world that is not interested in Batshuayi, he is one of the most wanted players in the market’’
Labrune stated further that ‘’There were lots of offers for him this summer, but he did not want to leave. He is proving himself on the pitch.”
The Belgian international already has 8 goals in 13 appearances for Marseille this season and looks likely to leave the club with suitors lining up for his service. The 22 years old would not be leaving on a cheap though; as Labrune pointed that it would take at least £35 Million to prize the striker away from Marseille.
United could look to bring the striker in as a long term replacement for skipper Wayne Rooney, but reports has it that Premier league rivals Arsenal and Manchester City are also interested in the young Belgian attacker.
