Man Utd vs Boro: Match Preview & Line-up – Martial & Memphis Lead Utd ATTACK

Manchester United would be facing Championship side Middlesbrough in the 4th round of the Capital One cup at the Theater of dreams on Wednesday evening. The Red Devils would be looking to qualify to the quarter final stage for the first time since December of 2013.

Middlesbrough is coached by  Aitor Karanka; A former assistant coach to Jose  Mourinho during his spell at Real Madrid. Karanka has made Boro a strong side in the Championship, currently occupying the 4th position; same as their opponent United in the Premier League.

Middlesbrough won at the weekend away to Wolverhampton wanderers 1-3 while United played out a boring 0-0 draw in the Manchester derby

It is expected that Louis Van Gaal would make couple of changes to this match up to give every other player in the team a chance to show what they can offer to the team.

The likes of Jesse Lingard, Perrera, Marouane Fellaini, Michael Carrick, Sergio Roberto should start the tie against Middlesbrough. Also Memphis Depay and Daley Blind would have the opportunity of playing themselves back into first team contention ahead of the weekend trip to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace.

Having said this, here is how van Gaal is expected to line-up his side against Boro.
