Gines Carvajal, the agent of former Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes has dropped an hint on his clients potential move in January.
Carvajal stated that Victor Valdes prefers to remain in England but has not ruled out a move.
Liverpool and Newcastle are reported to have interest in the Spanish shot stopper but the decision depends on Manchester United. United and Liverpool have not done player transfer to each other since Phil Chisnal moved from Old Trafford to Anfield.
It would be recalled that in 2007, Liverpool made a bid to sign Argentine defender Gabriel Heinze from United but it drew a reaction from the fans and the United board. Eventually Gabriel Heinze was sold to Real Madrid.
