Chelsea will battle Arsenal, Manchester United and Manchester City for Vitesse Arnhem starlet Thomas Buitink, reports the Daily Star.
The 15-year-old has scored over 100 goals in youth football and is regarded as one of the brightest youth prospect emerging from the Netherlands.
The Youngster who has been watched by Manchester City’s scouts has also attracted interest from the west London club.
Chelsea have a good relationship with the Eredivisie outfit and this could make them emerge victorious in the battle to win the youngster’s signature. While reports claim Arsenal and Manchester United will watch the lad in the coming weeks.
The Blues Youngsters Lewis Baker, Nathan, Dominic Solanke, Isaiah Brown and Danilo Pantic are currently on loan for the rest of the season at Vitesse and Chelsea are hoping that their personal relationship with the Dutch Club will help them beat their rivals in the race to sign the Dutch U-16 international.
Buitink could be the second player to Join Chelsea from Vitesse after Marco Van Ginkel who is currently on loan at Stoke City joined the EPL champions from Vitesse in 2013.
The talented Forward currently plays for the Vitesse U-17 squad and boasts an impressive goal record with a goal per game ratio since the 2010/ 2011 season.
