Chelsea have made an offer to Pep Guardiola to sign him ahead of other clubs vying for the Spanish tactician to take over at the summer. Manchester United, Manchester City and French side Paris St. Germain are also reportedly interested in luring the former Barcelona gaffer; with his contract expiring with Bayern Munich in the summer.
Chelsea sacked Jose Mourinho last week and replaced him with interim manager , Guus Hiddink for the remainder of the season. The Blues are looking to sign Pep Guardiola in the summer as their permanent manager with Manchester City and Paris St. Germain being their main stumbling blocks.
Guardiola is one of the most successful managers in recent times, winning almost all trophy available to be won in club level. He won the La Liga, Copa Del Rey, UEFA Champions League, World Club Cup, Spanish Super cup with Barcelona and German Bundesliga, DFB Pokal Cup with Bayern Munich.
City look to be in pole position while Paris St. Germain are also moving in, but now the Daily Mirror says Chelsea have made a counter offer. Guardiola has announced he is leaving the Allianz Arena at the end of the season and there is a huge scramble for his services as he would definitely not be in short of suitors.
