Manchester United are planning to make a January raid on three Premier league players this January transfer, according to reports.
According to Metro, United are set to do a double swoop on Everton for Romelu Lukaku and John stones while also moving for former Chelsea reject; Ryan Bertrand who currently plays for Southampton as a left back.
Metro reports that United are planning to spend £99 Million on the three superstars, with United placing a bid of £51 Million on Romelu Lukaku, £33 Million on his team mate John Stones and £15 Million on Southampton left back Ryan Bertrand.
If United can pull this deals off then it shows a statement of intent as it will boost the Red Devils chances of turning their season around and even still compete for the title come the end of the season in May.
Lukaku is one of the hottest strikers in the Premiership; the Belgian has scored 12 times already this season; better than all United attackers goal return put together. John Stones would help restore the defensive solidity that United showed earlier in the season, as he would form a good partnership with the already impressive Chris Smalling while Ryan Bertrand would give United a good left back covering with attacking intent.
