Manchester United could land a world-class manager and a dream £100 Million striker if they hire Pep Guardiola, according to reports.
The Red Devils have been linked with a deal for the Bayern Munich coach in the summer when he leaves the Bavarians at the end of his contract after refusing to extend it beyond it’s current expiry date.
According to reports, Guardiola wants Suarez at his next club meaning which ever club that gets to sign Guardiola would most likely pay £100 Million to sign Suarez from reigning European champions, Barcelona.
Suarez is being represented by Guardiola’s brother Pere Guardiola, making the deal easy to complete. But the big problem is that Suarez had a bad relationship with the Red devils during his playing time at the Premier league as he was alleged to have directed a racist chant on United’s left back, Patrice Evra in 2011.
The Uruguayan was banned For 8 matches after being initially fined £40,000. It would be hard for Suarez to sign for United now due to the bad blood between the player and the club then more so, Suarez would not want to play against Liverpool; a club he so much cherish. That is why this deal may not see the light of day.
