Manchester United are preparing a bumper package for Barcelona superstar Neymar. The package is reported to worth around £14 Million-a-season to lure the super star to Old Trafford from Spain. The Brazilian has been consistently linked with a move to the Red devils and talks are understood to have taken place in the summer.
Spanish publications say that Manchester United are ready to do all they can to get him. Neymar has been in stunning form since his arrival from Santos in June 2013. Last season, he formed a deadly attacking trio comprising of all South American forward line nicknamed ‘’MSN’’ meaning Messi Suarez and Neymar. The three attacker scored over 120 goals in all competition; winning the Spanish La Liga, UEFA Champions league and Copa Del Rey.
Manchester United made a £139 Million bid to sign Neymar in the summer which Barcelona quickly turned down; United would have to place a more outrageous bid to get their target. Although reports has it that Neymar is looking to get out of Lionel Messi’s shadow, and to achieve that he has to move away from the Camp Nou.
Messi is currently out injured and there is on-going rumour that the Argentine may be willing to leave Barcelona due to his own going court case with the Spanish authorities over alleged tax evasion; with Arsenal his favourite destination, but a bid of around £140 Million and a weekly pay of £600,000-a-week would be enough to sign the Argentine.
Neymar is the current leading goal scorer in La Liga with 11 goals in 10 matches. One thing looks certain, we may be seeing the last of ‘’MSN’’ as an attacking force together in Barcelona this season; as one of Messi or Neymar would likely exit the Camp Nou.
