Manchester United are reportedly preparing an approach for Schalke 04’s in demand attacker Leroy Sane according to reports.
The 19 years old joined Schalke’s academy in 2011 and made his first team debut three years later. The teenager’s form this season has not gone unnoticed; the youngster has scored five times already this season in 15 appearances
According to the Sun, Manchester United have been made aware that the attacker would be available for a price in the region of £12 Million and he is contracted to Schalke till 2019.
Jorgen Klopp’s Liverpool have also been credited with an interest in Sane, who scored his first Champions league goal away at Real Madrid during last season’s quarter final clash at the Santiago Bernabue.
The Mirror reported that Liverpool are doing all they can to lure Schalke sensation Leroy Sane to Liverpool, the Red are keen on the striker, who has made a flying start to the season.
It was reported earlier this year that Liverpool had a summer bid rejected for his services, believed to be around £11 Million. Meaning United would have to bid higher than the £12 Million quoted in the Sun to get the talented youngster.
