Borussia Dortmund sporting director, Michael Zorc has insisted that Manchester United’s on-loan player, Adnan Januzaj would not be returning to Old Trafford before the stipulated season long-loan which was initially agreed.
Januzaj and the United camp have been worried by the player’s lack of game time at the Signal Iduna Park.
Januzaj scored his first goal barely 20 minutes into the start of his loan deal against St. Pauli. The Belgium has only being used in Europa League games and German cup matches; he is yet to start a single game In the Bundesliga for Dortmund who currently sit second on the table, 5 points behind reigning Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich and 8 points clear of third place Wolfsburg.
Michael Zorc explained that part of the problem Januzaj has in breaking into the first team is that other players are performing very well under the Coach Tuchel, and there is no reason to bench them. Januzaj would have been very useful for United at the moment; Memphis Depay had being out of source, Januzaj would have played in his position and allow Anthony Martial to spare head the United attack; giving it a different dimension of pace, skill, creativity and unpredictability.
