Atletico Madrid chief Enrique Cerezo has warned Chelsea off its star man Antoine Greizmann.
The French Forward has been linked with a move to Chelsea as Jose Mourinho plans to overhaul his current squad.
The Chelsea squad is currently struggling after a poor start to the season. The blues sit 16th on the log table and Mourinho is reportedly keen on Greizmann as he looks to add more fire power to his squad.
However, Atletico Madrid president Enrique Cerezo claims the 24 year old will not be switching the Vicente Calderon for Stamford Bridge anytime soon.
“Griezmann to Chelsea? Those who decide to write these things are dedicated solely to inventing stories.
“None of these have any value and do not correspond to reality,” said the Atleti supremo.
Gerizmann joined Atletico Madrid from Real Sociedad in 2014 and has since then become an integral part of Diego Simeone’s side.
Chelsea were also linked with a move for the 24 year old but a move failed to materialize as both Atletico Madrid and the player were keen on the forward to remain at the Spanish Capital
The forward has scored 27 goals in 49 league appearances for the Madrid based side.
