Chelsea youngster Ruben Loftus Cheek is considering the possibility on leaving Stamford bridge temporarily when the transfer window opens in January. The 19 year old is said to be disappointed with his role in the Chelsea first team.
Jose Mourinho promised the youngster that he will be fully introduced into the first team this term after making his league debut at the end of last season but the England Under 21 international has been sparingly used this term and has just 62 minutes of premier league football under his belt.
The midfielder is considering leaving Stamford bridge on a loan deal because of his lack of involvement in the Chelsea first team and even in the club’s U21 side, according to the times.
Loftus cheeks plays as a deep lying playmaker and is a product of Chelsea youth team, he was a regular at Chelsea U21 until he was promoted to the first team at the end of last season.
The midfielder reportedly has lots of offers from clubs in the Premier league, Championship and outside England but it remains to be seen if Mourinho will sanction a move that will see the player leave Stamford bridge.
Mourinho recently watched Loftus Cheek play for the U21 side where the 19 year old impressed.
Mourinho is under immense pressure at Chelsea after his side’s poor start to the season.
