Argentine sensational footballer, Carlos Tevez has given a stunning revelation that he will always support Manchester City ahead of Manchester United despite a successful two year loan deal with the Red devilsl in which he won the Premier league trophy back to back with the Red devils and also the UEFA Champions league Winners medal to his name.
Tevez later left the theatre of dreams for United’s noisy neighbours Manchester City due to former United’s coach refusal to meet the required sum to make his loan deal permanent. Tevez’s representative were holding out for £47M while United were willing to part with £25M because Sir Alex Ferguson had already brought in Bulgarian Striker Dimitar Berbatov form Tottenham Hotspurs.
The old Scot also said in his Autobiography that the Argentine was more of an impact player and doesn’t command such huge fee. Tevez went on to sign for Manchester United and also help the Citizens to win their first Premier league title under Italian Coach Roberto Mancini.
The love lost between Tevez and United may have been the reason why the striker would peach his tent with the Citizens rather than United; he went on to play for Juventus, winning the Scudetto with the Old ladies and also playing in last year’s UEFA Champions league final; losing to Barcelona 3-1. Now he is in his native land Argentine wearing the colors of Boca Juniors
