West Ham and Chelsea have been fined by the FA for admitting misconduct charge.
West Ham was fined £40,000 while Chelsea was fined £50,000 for failing to control their players when both sides met last month when the hammers defeated Chelsea 2- 1.
Chelsea had 5 players booked with Nemanja Matic sent off and Jose Mourinho along with his assistant sent to the stands.
In the 44th minute, West ham player surrounded referee Jonathan Moss after Matic pulled down Diafra Sakho in the build up to a West Ham attack.
An FA statement read: “Following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing, West Ham United and Chelsea have been fined £40,000 and £50,000 respectively after both clubs admitted an FA misconduct charge.
“The charge was for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the fixture between the two sides on 24 October 2015.
“Both clubs were also severely warned as to their future conduct.”
Mourinho was said to have launched verbal assault on the referee which led to his sending off in the game, the Portuguese was subsequently given a one match stadium ban for his actions at Upton Park and wasn’t on the bench when his team faced Stoke City last weekend.
Mourinho is also facing a potential one match ban should he make any comments suggesting match officials are biased for the next one year after he criticized the match officials who over saw his side’s game against Southampton in September.
